General Terms and Conditions of UseThe purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "GTCU") is to provide a legal framework for the terms and conditions for the provision of the Manibus - Television application and to define the conditions of access to and use of the services by the "user". These GTC are accessible on the site under the heading "GTC".

Any registration or use of Manibus - Television implies the user's acceptance of these GTUs without reservation or restriction. When registering on the site via the Registration Form, each user expressly accepts these TOU by clicking on the registration button on the form.

In the event of non-acceptance of the GTUs stipulated in this contract, the user must renounce access to the services offered by Manibus - Television.

The Manibus - Television platform allows the user to access the following services:

• Submission of applications for mining and quarrying permits in Gabon
• Remote monitoring of the progress of applications made by an operator
• Detailed documentation with data on the various sites in operation
• More detailed information on the procedures to be followed for applications for authorizations and permits

The platform is accessible free of charge at any location to any user with Internet access. All costs incurred by the user to access the service (computer hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at the user's expense.

Access to Manibus - Television services is provided by means of an identifier (telephone number or email) and a password. Each user accesses his or her own personalized space according to his or her profile.

For users who have chosen to access the application via third-party services (Google and Facebook), their personal information is automatically added to their profiles as soon as they authorize it. For maintenance or other reasons, we may suspend or discontinue access to our services. Users will always receive an email in advance so that they can make arrangements. The user is not entitled to claim any compensation in case of interruption or suspension of the services.

The site ensures the user a collection and processing of personal information in compliance with the law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms.

By using Manibus - Television, you agree to receive notifications from our various platforms.

The brands, logos, signs and all the contents of the application (texts, images, sound...) are protected by the Intellectual Property Code and more particularly by the copyright.

The user must request prior authorization from the site for any reproduction, publication or copy of the various contents. The user agrees to use the contents of the site in a strictly private context, any use for commercial and advertising purposes is strictly prohibited.

Any total or partial representation of this site by any process whatsoever, without the express permission of the operator of the website would constitute an infringement punishable by Article L 335-2 and following of the Code of Intellectual Property.

The responsibility of the application cannot be engaged in case of force majeure or unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party.

Gabonese law shall apply to this contract. In the event that a dispute between Manibus - Television and a user cannot be resolved amicably, the Gabonese courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
